1. Agreement and operator
PostSaathi is owned and managed by WEL ENTERPRISE. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using PostSaathi, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register.
2. The PostSaathi service
PostSaathi helps businesses create AI-assisted social media content, maintain drafts, request approval, schedule content and publish to supported third-party platforms. Features, limits and supported networks depend on your active plan and may evolve over time.
3. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate mobile, business, contact and billing information.
- Keep your device, OTP access and connected social accounts secure.
- Use only accounts and content you are authorised to manage.
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
You are responsible for actions taken through your authenticated account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security safeguards.
4. AI content, approval and publishing
You retain responsibility for content, media, trademarks and business information you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, transform and transmit that material to provide PostSaathi.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review captions, hashtags, images and claims before approval. Approval is your instruction that the content may be published immediately or at the selected time. You remain responsible for legality, accuracy, intellectual-property rights, advertising claims and platform compliance.
Publishing depends on Meta/Instagram availability, valid permissions and publicly accessible media. A scheduled time is a processing target and not a guarantee of exact delivery where third-party systems are delayed or unavailable.
5. Free trial, plans and payments
Plan prices, billing periods, limits and included features are displayed before checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Paid plans activate only after server verification of a successful payment.
PostSaathi currently uses manual renewals. We do not automatically charge your payment method. If you do not renew, paid access and plan benefits expire at the end of the active period. A later renewal starts a new subscription cycle from the successful renewal date unless the checkout states otherwise.
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. PostSaathi does not store complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown as required. Payment receipts are made available through your account and may also be sent by email.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use PostSaathi for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful content; impersonation; unauthorised account access; malware; platform manipulation; or attempts to bypass plan limits, security controls or third-party rules. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the platform.
7. Intellectual property
PostSaathi software, interface, branding and platform materials remain the property of WEL ENTERPRISE or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform. Rights in AI-generated output may depend on applicable law, source material and third-party provider terms.
8. Availability and third-party services
We work to keep PostSaathi reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may depend on AI providers, Meta, Cashfree, telecommunications, hosting and other services outside our direct control. We may perform maintenance, correct errors or modify features while preserving active paid entitlements where reasonably possible.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PostSaathi at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk or non-payment. Termination does not remove payment, legal or liability obligations already incurred.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, PostSaathi is provided on an "as available" basis. WEL ENTERPRISE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost reach, engagement, revenue or opportunities caused by AI output, rejected posts, account restrictions or third-party platform failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and dispute-resolution requirements.
